The Township of Malahide is seeking a contractor to pave the current gravel walking path at the South Dorchester Community Hall in Lyons. The following items will need to be included in the costing for the work: 1. Area for new asphalt surface comprises of approx. 12,350 square feet (1,900' x 6.5') 2. Removal of existing dirt / soil and properly dispose of 3. Excavate the proposed area to a depth of 2 inches below finished elevation 4. Add gravel as needed and fine grade. Gravel to be quote as a separate cost. 5. Proof roll the base for strength test. 6. Proof roll the subgrade with vibratory steel drum roller to ensure proper stability. 7. Machine install HL3 grade virgin asphalt, compacting using a vibratory steel drum roll to 2 inches thick. 8.
