Waterproof Roof Coating Sealed bids for the Installation of Polysil 2500 high solids Silicone Coating on Roof and associated work at Comstock Court, 1018 First Avenue, Asbury Park, New Jersey. The Authority does not obligate itself to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding process or to accept or reject any or all bids if deemed in the best interest of the Authority. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to opening bids without the consent of the Owner. SUPPLY AND INSTALL A SILICON ROOF COATING SYSTEM AS FOLLOWS: 1. PROVIDE AN INFERED REPORT TO DETERMINE WET AREAS IN THE EXISITNG ROOF 2. IF WET AREAS ARE FOUND, THE WET INSULATION WILL BE REMOVED AND WILL BE INFILLED WITH INSULATION AND PATCHED WITH NEW MODIFIED BITUMEN AT AN ADDITIONAL PER SQUARE FOOT COST. UNIT COST TO BE PROVIDED. 3. POWERWASH ENTIRE ROOF SURFACE TO REMOVE ALL DEBRIS AND PREP FOR THE SILICONE COATING 4. RE-FILL ALL THE PITCH POCKETS WITH WHITE ONE PART POURABLE SEALER 5. INSTALL HENRY #998 FIRST COAT WITH 4" ROLLER TO ALL SEAMS AND FLASHING LAPS AND LET CURE 6. INSTALL #988 SILICONE AT 2 GALLONS PER SQUARE ON ALL ROOF SURFACES AND FLASHINGS 7. ALL CELL EQUIPMENT TO BE RAISED 6" TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO ROOF MEMBRANE TO RECEIVE COATING BY CELL TOWER CONTRACTOR 8. AFTER THE COATING IS DRY, CELL EQUIPMENT WILL BE SET DOWN ON SLIP SHEET MATERIAL TO PROTECT THE NEW COATING BY CELL TOWER CONTRACTOR 9. CELL TOWER CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY THT IN THE AREAS OF WORK ARE SAFE TO WORKING IN CLOSE PROXIMITY WITHOUT HARM TO THE ROOFING CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES 10. PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S INSPECTION AND PROVIDE 15 YEAR ROOF COATING WARRANTY
