The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded project bid amount and a payment bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded project bid amount, with the executed Contract meeting the requirements of the Instructions for Bidders. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise.
