The Contract involves the supply and construction of noise attenuation fence at Lougheed Highway. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks described under the Contract Documents: Supply, delivery, and installation of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation of 8ft tall SimTek Ecostone Dark Brown Granite. Demolition, removal, and off-site disposal of existing fences where available. Preparatory Works including excavation activities by hydrovac equipment or hand Work for foundation posts. Site cleanup and restoration of impacted boulevards with topsoil, if necessary, before demobilization. Procurement of required permits and implementation of traffic control measures. Completion of underground utility locates prior to commencement. Coordination with City forces, if necessary.
