For bids valued at $100,000 or greater before taxes, the Bidder shall submit with its bid, bid security in the form of an Electronic Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% If the Contract Price is $100,000 or greater, the Contractor shall provide security for performance of the Contract in the form of an Electronic Performance Bond (eBond) for 50% If the Contract Price is $100,000 or greater, the Contractor shall provide security for payment of labour and material provided in the performance of the Work in the form of an Electronic Labour and Material Payment Bond (e-Bond) for 50% Duration in months: 2 Work shall be completed before November 26, 2023. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
