The scope of this contract does not include traffic signals located within the Township of Woodbridge that are owned by other parties. Inspection and routine maintenance will be performed on an annual basis on all signals and flashing beacons. -Emergency maintenance service and repair of all traffic signals within the Township of Woodbridge. This emergency service shall be provided within 2 hours of the notification of the need for emergency repair. Purchase Type Duration: 2 years Option: 1 year extension Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to the Owner Successful bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. The successful bidder shall with the delivery for the performance bond submit anexecuted payment bond to guarantee payment to laborers and suppliers for the labor and material 5 used in the work performed under the contract.
