Roofing Contractor Inspection, Maintenance, and Replacement. The University of Manitoba is seeking an experienced firm to submit a Proposal for the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of roofing systems at all UM Campuses. A budget of $4.3 million CAD (before taxes) potential term of 66 months. The University will only accept proposals from organizations that are pre-qualified roofing contractors that are approved at a value over $1 million. Please note that bidders are required to monitor the site where the competition is hosted, i.e. the Bonfire Submission Portal Service, for all addenda. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all addenda were received and to acknowledge receipt of all addenda on the bid form. Failure to comply may result in your bid being rejected.
