Minority and Women Participation 22.4% Final Questions Due 07/21/2023, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Contact by a Proposer (or anyone representing a Proposer) regarding this RFQ with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, City employee, employee of any contractor or agency of the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Division, is grounds for disqualification. Proposals must be received and time-stamped by Procurement personnel no later than the submittal deadline. Proposers are responsible for ensuring that their proposal is timely received by the deadline indicated. The City shall in no way be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence. Submit one (1) original, three (3) copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal in a sealed envelope. Envelopes containing proposals must be identified with the RFQ number, sealed and marked in the lower left-hand corner with the firm name, RFQ title, submittal deadline date, and time. The RFQ and any addenda provided directly by the City's Procurement Division and posted are the only official procurement documents. The City does not post procurement solicitations on other third party sites, and is not responsible for the content posted on any third party site other than. The City of West Palm Beach ("City') is seeking to pre-qualify premium contractors for the forthcoming invitation to bid for the construction of the Currie Park Redevelopment ("Project"). Contractors will be evaluated and qualified based on the criteria identified in this RFQ. Contractors meeting the specified criteria will be selected as pre-qualified Contractors and will be the only Contractors invited to bid on the Project. The City may qualify up to six (6) contractors under this RFQ. The redevelopment of Currie Park is one of the largest projects for the City in recent years and will transform Currie Park into its own destination, with a tidal amphitheater, waterfront lagoon, beach area, overlooks, fishing pier, living shoreline, boat launch, pavilion and cafe, play area, plazas and various additional amenities.
