Proposals must be received and time-stamped by Procurement personnel no later than the submittal deadline. Proposers are responsible for ensuring that their proposal is timely received by the deadline indicated. The City shall in no way be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence. The City of West Palm Beach ("City') is seeking to pre-qualify premium contractors for the forthcoming invitation to bid for the construction of the Currie Park Redevelopment ("Project"). Contractors will be evaluated and qualified based on the criteria identified in this RFQ. Contractors meeting the specified criteria will be selected as pre-qualified Contractors and will be the only Contractors invited to bid on the Project. The City may qualify up to six (6) contractors under this RFQ. The redevelopment of Currie Park is one of the largest projects for the City in recent years and will transform Currie Park into its own destination, with a tidal amphitheater, waterfront lagoon, beach area, overlooks, fishing pier, living shoreline, boat launch, pavilion and cafe, play area, plazas and various additional amenities.
