The project will be phased such that Phase 1 is Medical Building and Phase 2 is Prickett Building. At the Medical Building, the scope of work includes the removal and replacement of approximately 13,500 sq ft. of synthetic slate shingle roofing, snow guards, miscellaneous membrane roofing, and copper flashing replacement. At the Prickett Building, the scope of work is removal and replacement of approximately 25,256 sq. ft. of membrane roofing, including flashing, roof drains, scuppers, downspouts, curbs, and expansion joints.
