Pre-construction and construction services; including, but not limited to: Question Deadline 08/14/2023 Questions regarding the proposal submittal electronically Low pressure micro-filtration membrane system retrofit/expansion using membrane modules by either Nanostone or Pall that are to be provided by a membrane system integrator (Nanostone) or the membrane manufacturer (Pall); Ancillary membrane equipment, including backwash pumps and piping, strainers, crossflow piping (Pall only), air scour blower (Pall only), CIP piping and equipment, feed piping, filtrate piping, tanks, and electrical, instrumentation, and controls; Expansion of the 0.8-percent concentration sodium hypochlorite on-site generation system; Chemical storage, containment, and feed modifications, including improvements for polyaluminum chloride (PACl), liquid ammonium sulfate (LAS), caustic, and 0.8-percent sodium hypochlorite; Replacement of one (1) vertical turbine pump and necessary piping and valves at the Lower Pressure Plane High Service Pump Station; Addition of one (1) vertical turbine pump and necessary piping and valves at the Upper Pressure Plane High Service Pump Station; Modifications to the inlet of Clearwell No. 1; Washwater Recovery Basin 2 modifications, including piping modifications, chemical feed piping, addition of baffles and/or plate settlers, and upsized decant system; Washwater Recycle Pump Station and Recycle Pipeline upsizing; Estimate: $39 to $53 Million Electrical, instrumentation, PLC, and SCADA improvements; Installation of one (1) diesel-powered electrical generator; Addition of automatic transfer switches for three (3) existing diesel powered electrical generators; Yard and plant piping improvements; Structural improvements for the above-mentioned items; and HVAC and architectural modifications (if needed) for the above-mentioned items. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
