This is a construction management project. Bids are to be for the following contract: B-1: Masonry Work A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. Bid Security shall specify the Owner as the obligee. Owner: Capital School District, 198 Commerce Way, Dover, Delaware 19904. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in consideration of this award. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
