**As of August 3, 2023, project was awarded toSiteworks Construction Inc, awarded amount is $573,411.69.** The City of San Ramon will accept sealed bids for its Norris Creek Sediment Removal Project Location and Description. The Project is located in Norris Creek between Tareyton Avenue and Iron Horse Trail. The work consists of removing approximately 3,500 cubic yards of sediment from an approximately 3,800 lineal feet section of the channel, performing sediment and erosion control, access road restoration, and traffic control Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 45 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed or by October 15, 2023, whichever is earlier. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about August 21, 2023, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. License. This Project requires a valid California contractors license for the following classification(s): Class A Contractors License. he Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid security of ten percent of the maximum bid amount, in the form of a cashiers or certified check made payable to City, or a bid bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California on the Bid Bond form included with the Contract Documents. Performance and Payment Bonds. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the Contract Price, as further specified in the Contract Documents.
