This work generally consists of grading, asphalt surfacing, drainage features, and pavement markings in accordance with the specifications, conditions, and provisions as provided herein. TIME OF COMPLETION: The successful bidder shall commence work within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of written Notice to Proceed by the Owner and fully execute and complete the project within 365 consecutive calendar days thereafter. The proposed Notice to Proceed date is OCTOBER 1, 2023. Therefore the calendar date of completion will be SEPTEMBER 30, 2024. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The Bidder must also agree to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $200.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as described in the General Conditions.
