Hogan & Associates Construction, Inc., Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) for the State of Utah, is requesting bids for the State Wildlands Fire Facility in accordance with the specifications and plans as prepared by SPE Architects, PO Box 517, Kaysville, UT 84037. The new facility will be on 5.5 Acres. It will consist of a new 27,000 SF Administration and Training Building as well as an 18,000 SF Logistics Building. All project correspondence including RFIs, clarifications requests and product approval requests must be emailed to Rick Sandberg (rsandberg@hoganconstruction.com). All correspondence must include proper backup with clear description of questions/request and references to plan pages, details, specification sections, etc The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals or to waive any formality or technicality deemed in its best interest. Qualifications may be requested, before or after the bid date, of any bidder. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to November 2023. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
