Estimated Price Range - $100,000 - $250,000 The work consists of removing an existing 6' diameter corrugated metal culvert with some associated concrete and metal and replacing it with a 48', 9' x 4' 8" Steel Multi Plate Arch Culvert with a concrete invert. Additional concrete and riprap will be installed as part of the outlet of said culvert. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and shall perform all work required to complete the project as shown on the plans, shown on the manufacturer's shop drawings, and as described in the Standard Specifications (FP-03) and Forest Service Supplemental Specifications (FSSS). The project is located on the Fishlake National Forest. A Forest Visitor/Travel Map may be helpful to determine the proximity of the project from a larger perspective. A Forest Visitor/Travel Map may be acquired from the Fishlake National Forest. The project road may be accessed by taking the North Creek Road, off of SR 153, at approx. 1200 E in Beaver, Utah, to approx. 3/4 of mile past the Forest Boundary.
