The project consists of phased renovation of four sets of restrooms at Joel E. Barber School. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition, new construction of electrical, plumbing, and interior finish work.The project is located at 16050 Highway KK, Lebanon, Missouri 65536 in Laclede County, Missouri. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates wall apply to the work. Questions regarding the Project should be directed to Sapp Design Associates Architects, 3750 5. Fremont Ave., Springfield, Missouri, 65804, 417-877-9600. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a 5% bid security in the form of a cashiers check, a certified check, or a bid bond executed by the bidder and Surety Company. See Instructions to Bidders for more information. Surety/Bonding Company must be acceptable to the Owner and be authorized to transact business in the State of Missouri. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may waive any or all informalities in the bid process. The Owner's decision regarding the approval/denial of bids are based on various factors such as, but not limited to, quality, time constraints, and service. All decisions will be in the best interest of the district and shall be final, No bids may be withdrawn for a period of Thirty (30) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids. Bidder and any subcontractors must follow and enforce all requirements of Missouri's Prevailing Wage Laws.
