The US Army Garrison West Point Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has an anticipated requirement for the yearly preventative maintenance along with certified inspection on the chair lift and handle tow at the Victor Constant Ski Slope West Point, NY 10996. The intent of this service contract is the complete inspection, certification and maintenance to ensure trouble free and safe operation of the Multi Ski lift Handle Tow and the Borvig Triple Chair Lift located at the Victor Constant Ski Slope. The contractor shall provide all trade certifications, expertise, services, materials, supplies, supervision, labor, expect where specified as Government furnished to perform necessary yearly preventative maintenance on the handle tow, ski chair lift, inspection and certification for all wire ropes on the chair lift and handle tow at applicable laws, rules, regulations, code and guidelines at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point New York. This is a new requirement to include a Base plus Four (4) Option Years. This is the first time merging the maintenance and inspection contracts into one contract.
