Construction of Tiny Homes Housing Project - Phase 1 The Project consists of: Water/ Sewer for 5 Tiny Homes. The contract documents consist of drawings and project manual. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Chippewa Cree Housing Authority in amount no less than 10 percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, or Cash in Lieu of Bond as described in the Contract Documents. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certificate of that insurance shall be provided. The lowest and most responsive BID will be accepted. BIDs will be opened by the Chippewa Cree Business Committee for selection and will follow the Procurement Policy of the Chippewa Cree Housing Authority. No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids. The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of, not to exceed, sixty (60) days, and to accepts the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the OWNER.
