Housing Authority of Prattville (PHA) is seeking Proposal from qualified firms and/or independent contractors to provide Roof Re- placement at Highland Court. LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: Thursday, July 27, 2023, @ 3:00 p.m. (CST) CONTACT PERSON: William S. Blankenship, Executive Director wblankenship@prattvillehousing.org The PHA is seeking Contractors for Roof Replacement at Highland Court. The Contractor shall include labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide Architectural Shingles Roofing replacements. All work is to be performed according to industry standards, according to the material manufacturer recommendations and to the satisfaction of PHA. The Contractor will perform Roofing replacements at Highland Court, Prattville, Alabama 36067, for 18 Building See Attachment A." The work is to generally include but not limited to: 1. Site safety plan & pedestrian control plan 2. Removal and disposal of existing roof 3. Installation of new roofs with architectural shingles and other existing roof elements necessary for the installation of a new membrane system 4. All carpentry work that may be required to replace the roof 5. Supply and install a new architectural shingles roofing 6. Any required inspections and certifications 7. Roof products manufacturer's data submission 8. Samples and Mock-ups 9. Any required testing of materials and assemblies including performance testing of completed work 10. As-built documentation, warranties and commissioning 11. Install decking if needed and ridge venting 12. Complete site clean-up
