This project consists of removal of all HVAC. Provide new temperature controls at new energy recovery air handling unit. Provide new air valves and air terminal units, fan coil units, ductwork, piping, chiller and pad, and new grilles and diffusers. Electrical work includes removal and replacement of existing main distribution panel, new panels, feeders, light fixtures, and work associated with air handling replacements. Provide new ceilings throughout and all general construction associated with air handling unit replacements. Murray State University, Procurement Services, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders and/or General Conditions. JOB NO. 22.MSU.BR061-001 Substantial completion is 120 days from project start date. Final Completion is 150 days from project start date.
