The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects and to make such awards including accepting a bid, although not the low bid, as it deems in its sole discretion to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any bid if the Bidder, any officer of the Bidder, or any other company owned in whole or in part by an officer(s) of the Bidder, is delinquent in the payment of any taxes or fees owed to the Town.
