Reference Number 0000323172 The work under this Contract shall be done in accordance with the Contract Documents and Construction Plans and shall generally include removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, driveways, and drive approaches in Kensington Rd, Huntington Rd, Chesterfield Pkwy, Cresenwood Rd, & Michigan Ave in the City of East Lansing. The project also includes excavation, cleanup, restoration, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project and provide a functional system. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - License Required The entire project shall be completed on or before August 2, 2024 Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond payable to the City of East Lansing, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount, which shall be forfeited to the City of East Lansing if the bidder to whom the Contract is awarded fails to enter into a Contract within ten (10) days after the Contract is awarded. The City of East Lansing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive defects in proposals, and to make the award in its own best interest.
