The City of Glendale is currently accepting bid proposals for the North Brand Boulevard Complete Streets Demonstration Project, Specification No. 3942. Phase 1: Removing existing striping, pavement markings, crosswalks/continental crosswalks; and installing signs, K-71 bollards, tuff posts, bike racks, detectable surface, temporary planters, concrete K-rail, pavement markings, striping, continental cross walks, painted bumpouts, and detector loops. Phase 2: Removing striping, pavement markings, signs, crosswalks, K-71 bollards, tuff posts, detectable surface, temporary planters, concrete K-rail; and installing striping, pavement markings, continental crosswalks and detector loops. For federally funded projects, the Contractor shall be properly licensed at the time of award.
