The Project consists of two (2) Contracts that include but are not limited to the following Work: Contract 2023-01(General):Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor required for the construction of a new Autothermal Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion (ATAD) System, including two reactor basins, a biofilter basin, and an equipment building with pumps, blowers, a drum thickener, and other necessary appurtenances, a new Ultraviolet Disinfection (UV) System, including a new UV disinfection channel, equipment, and building, and all associated piping, appurtenances, and site work necessary to integrate the new facilities in with the existing WWTP. Contract 2023-02(Electrical):Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor required for the electrical facilities associated with Contract 2023-01.The project is located inSouth Fork, Cambria County, PA. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project in accordance with the provisions of the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage, and Hour Division under the Davis-Bacon and related Acts. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
