Chiller Replacement Project: 1. Mechanical Installation i) Demolition and removal of the existing McQuay Chiller 60 Chiller (only one). Recover refrigerant from one (1) failed chiller 60 ton, disconnect electrical and chill water piping from one existing 60-ton chiller, Remove of existing piping between isolation valves and chillers. ii) Receive, Store, and Setting/Rigging of the new equipment. iii) Piping and Insulation of New Chilled water lines and bleed air from 60-ton chiller. iv) Supply and Return piping to be insulated to match existing chilled water lines. v) Contractor will remove rubbish and clean/pick up debris daily. vi) Work performed by Contractor or its subcontractors will comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local codes and standards. vii) 60 Ton Air-Cooled Chiller: CGAM060A2 with coated condenser coils. (1) Startup Included - Trane Service must start equipment for warranty to be honored. (2) 208 volt 3 phases. (3) Full factory refrigerant charge (HFC-410A).
