Work includes demolition of the existing exterior concrete stair and replacement. Drainage improvements at the adjacent elevated walkway will be made by connecting the roof drains with heat trace cable. Structural concrete repairs will be made at the elevated walkway, and a metal soffit will be replaced at the exterior elevator alcove.
