Furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to remove asphalt pavement, install asphalt and concrete pavement, and parking lot striping. All work to be done according to plans, Payson City, and APWA Standards and Specifications. Payson City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any proposal, including the right to waive informalities in any part of any proposal within the best interest for Payson City.
