The work will include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the installation of new water service connections to home sites; and, when existing wastewater systems are available in the area, installation of new individual wastewater service connections to these same home sites. The work covered by these specifications will be constructed near or on homesites, throughout Districts 1 through 7, on the Gila River Indian Community, in Maricopa and Pinal Counties, Arizona. A Bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each Bid. The Bid security must be in the form of cash deposit, a certified or bank check made payable to the Community, or a bid bond issued by a solvent surety licensed to do business in the state in which the project is located and from a Treasury Listed type "A" Company. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
