The City of Deer Park reserves the right to reject any or all portions of the bid schedule within the project proposal. The work under this contract contemplates work on existing City streets which shall include: Paved street sections listed below to include full depth pulverization of existing asphalt pavement and road bed, mixing, reshaping and establishing centerline grade and cross slopes a minimum of 2.5%, compaction, Class A Asphalt Paving of 2.0 in thickness on Park Ave. and 3 rd street and 3.0 in thickness on High Desert drive to curbs or reestablishing shoulders, and utility adjustments. The roadways anticipated for work include those listed following and may be decreased or added to dependent on bid amounts received and as shown on Figure 1. 1) N. Park Ave. Crawford to 3 rd street 2) 3 rd street Park Ave. west 493 feet 3) Triangle at the intersection of 3 rd and North 66 SQ. YDS. 4) High Desert drive 6 th street north 1150 feet Roadway preparation for placement of the products within this project are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
