The Director of Operational Logistics, Commercial Support Services Branch (DOL-93) is seeking a contract to provide personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation and other items or services (except at stated herein) necessary to perform Fire Preventive Maintenance Services in a manner that ensures the health and safety of federal employees and members of the public; and, both the sanitary conditions and aesthetic appearance of federal property as required by various federal, environmental, safety and health regulations. The services shall be furnished in a manner that provides superior customer service and well-maintained facilities that present a healthy, clean, neat and professional appearance in accordance with (IAW) all the terms and conditions of the contract. The Contractor shall use this SOW, as well as any approved plans to accomplish the tasks generated for this effort and to achieve the desired quality of service. The testing and inspection requirements/period are as follows: a. Base Period: First contract period to include the annual requirements of the (UFC) as well as the five (5) year inspections as required by NFPA. b. Performance Period One (1): The contract period will include the two (2) year requirements of UFC. c. Performance Period Two (2): The contract period will include the annual requirements of UFC. d. Performance Period Three (3): The contract period will include the two (2) year requirements of UFC. e. Periformance Period Four (4): The contract period will include the annual requirements of UFC.
