WORK DESCRIPTION: City Project no. 2122-1806 The work includes the construction of the following approximate quantities: 5000 SF Remove Walk 1 EA Remove Existing Bridge 205 CY Course Aggregate Bedding 345 FT 8" PVC Pipe Sewer 850 SF 6" Concrete Walk 8700 SF 3" Bituminous Walk 8000 SY Sodding Type Lawn. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the contract must be completed by the dates specified in the project specifications. Only electronic bids will be accepted from contractors who are listed as plan holders on the city's One Office site. The cost to submit a bid is $25. BID SECURITY: A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park, shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the city. TITLE VI NOTIFICATION: City of St. Louis Park , in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in consideration for an award.
