Shall provide all professional services, field labor, equipment (including cranes and digging equipment), materials, and personal protective equipment necessary for the water storage vat repair/renovation work. Work shall be performed in accordance as detailed in Statement of Work (SOW). Project Location: USDA, ARS, SEA, Harry K. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site and be escorted by a government representative to confirm locations, dimensions, and conditions of the project before a bid is submitted.
