The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price construction contract entitled Emergency Replace Wastewater Treatment Plant Valves (WWTP) at the at Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Phoenix. FCI Phoenix is a Federal Correctional Facility located 37900 N. 45th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85086. The contractor will provide all labor and materials and will be responsible for the complete removal of all necessary existing equipment and dispose of all items properly and installing all new equipment, per all national/local codes, and Bureau of Prisons policies. This includes, but is not limited to, digging the valves, shoring the hole around the valves, replacing the valves, testing the valves, and providing divers. The Contractor will provide training on usage/maintenance of all equipment. Contractor and FBOP staff will commission equipment upon completion of installation and training. The performance period for the project will be 180 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed.
