All bids will be considered firm for 120 days from the bid opening date. The district reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any and all bids submitted in response to this RFP, in whole or in part. A certified cashier's check payable to "Lake Fenton Community Schools" or an acceptable BID BOND from a Treasury listed surety company and executed by the bidder in the amount of 20% of the bid shall be included with the proposal. In addition to the cameras to be added, the current NVR should be replaced with two AINVR-PRM-PLUS96TB-NA units. We require 30 days of storage for all cameras. We require Active Directory integration for login. We would like optional licensing for analytics (object detection) added for all existing cameras that don't natively support it. The district will provide PoE ports in IDFs. The bidder will provide cabling, installation, programming, mounting hardware, PoE injectors where needed, and licensing. The bidder will also migrate all existing cameras to the new NVRs.
