STANLEY STREET BUILDING DEMOLITION TOWNSHIP OF LITTLE FALLS PASSAIC COUNTY, NEW JERSEY The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Mobilization/Demobilization; Soil Erosion and Sediment Control; Removal & Disposal of Universal Waste; Asbestos Abatement; Site Clearing Including Tree & Shrub Removal; Demolition of Three (3) Residential Structures, Garage & Shed; and, Asphalt Driveway Removal. The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 75 calendar days of notice to proceed. Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including the non-collusion affidavit and ownership statement compliance form and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid and, not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder. Notice of revisions or addenda to the Contract Documents shall be no later than seven (7) days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, prior to the date for acceptance of bids be published in a legal newspaper and be made available by notification in writing by certified mail to any person who has submitted a bid or who received a bid package.
