The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required to construct 1712 feet of 6-inch diameter sanitary sewer main, 2463 feet of 4-inch diameter sewer leads to 55 existing campsites, duplex sanitary sewer lift station, appurtenances and other work related thereto. Bids shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the Engineer. A Bid Bond in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5 %) of the amount of the bid payable to Sanilac County will be required with each bid. The right is reserved by OWNER to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Materials bonds, Maintenance and Guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after receipt. All bids must be submitted on the Proposal Forms provided by the Engineer.
