Verbal conversations are not binding on the County. Request for information include but are not limited to questions, requests for clarification, and notices of any ambiguities or inconsistencies in the bid documents. The bidder must bring all requests for information as provided above no later than 1:00pm, ten (10) business days before the bid opening date. The County is under no obligation to consider and/or respond to requests for information from bidders made thereafte SCOPE OF WORK The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, BUT IS NOT LIMITED to the following: 1. The Contractor shall provide all lines and grades for the Construction Layout of the Project. 2. The Contractor shall furnish, install, maintain, relocate, and remove all signs, barricades, and barriers required to maintain or detour vehicular traffic as specified on the Plans and in the Specifications, and as directed by the Engineer. 3. The work shall include the construction of Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, and all other miscellaneous site improvement items; according to the Plans and Specifications and as directed by the Engineer. 4. The Contractor shall construct all else incidental to and necessary for the satisfactory completion of the Project, according to the Plans and Specifications, and as directed by the Engineer. 5. The Contractor shall be responsible for the final cleanup of the Project Area, as well as any adjacent properties affected by his work. This shall be done both to the satisfaction of the Engineer and the affected property owners.
