Reference Number 0000331511 The Horry County Solid Waste Authority, Inc will receive bids for the Class Three Landfill Phase 2 Piggyback Expansion Project. The project site is the Horry County Solid Waste Authority Landfill Facility located on Highway 90 approximately 5 miles east of Conway, South Carolina. The project consists of labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete an approximate 19.6-acre class three landfill base liner system constructed over an existing landfill (piggyback) consisting of approximately 175,000 YD3 structural fill soil materials, geosynthetic clay liner, geomembrane, geocomposite drainage net, leachate collection piping, 2-foot minimum soil protective (drainage) cover layer, geomembrane raincover, 10,200 SY fabric formed concrete lined ditch, pumps and panels, and appurtenances.
