This project is to completely prepare for building operations, including demolition, removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials, and to perform the work in accordance with the plans and specifications for Fisher House Prep Utilities 598-22-102 at the John L. McClellan VA Memorial Veterans Hospital (JLM) located at 4300 W. 7th St., Little Rock, AR, 72205. This project is to provide all utility needs of Fisher House Facility in the Northwest corner of the patient parking lot of JLM. B. Contractor shall use AR20230032 US Department of Labor dated 09/01/2023 in accordance with the Act. C. The of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 per FAR 36.204 and VAAR 836.204. Bid bonds, bonds, and bonds are required. D. NAICS code for this project is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 million. E. This is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside competitive procurement pursuant Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The SDVOSB is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code. Vendors submitting proposals under a Joint Venture shall submit a copy of their Joint Venture agreement with their offer. Joint Ventures shall comply with VAAR 819.7003(c).
