The work will consist of cleaning and inspecting structures within the City's storm drain system including pipes, catch basins, inlets, manholes, culverts, pump stations and other facilities as further designated in this RFP, inspections and providing CCTV video inspections for all storm drain lines and structures. The file submitted for the CCTV shall be a compatible file to be viewable in a standard Geographic System Information (GIS) software e.g. ArcGIS, without the need to purchase additional software system or tool. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of debris from the storm drain pipeline, catch basins, inlets, manholes, culverts, etc. and shall take all of the necessary steps to ensure that no spills of any storm sewer debris occurs. Storm sewer debris is described as, but not limited to, sludge dirt, sand, rocks, grease, roots, and other slid or semi-solid materials. Contractor to furnish all tools, equipment, services, apparatus, facilities, transportation, labor, building/encroachment permits, disposal, materials, laboratory test results, and disposal manifests necessary and reasonably incidental to maintain storm drain pipe, catch basins, hydrodynamic separators and appurtenant drainage facilities within the Flood Control Districts, in Perris, CA, in strict accordance with Specification No. FCD1-2023-24-01.
