The City of Burlington is seeking bids from contractors for construction services to remodel the interior dormitory area of Fire Station #2 The project is located within an operational fire station. The Contractor's staging, storage, and work must not interfere with the daily operations of the fire station. The Owner intends to continue to occupy adjacent portions of the existing building throughout the duration of the project. The Contractor will cooperate with the Owner to minimize conflict and facilitate Owner's operations. See Exhibit B, Section 1 (General Conditions) for Owner access requirements during construction. All questions are due July 18, 2023, by 12:00 p.m. Questions may be submitted by email to kbleakley@burlingtonvt.gov. Responses will be posted by 12:00 p.m. on July 20, 2023. Proposals are due on August 2, 2023 by 12:00 p.m., and shall be sent by email to kbleakley@burlingtonvt.gov.
