The Bid Guarantee is conditioned to provide that if the Bid is accepted and awarded, the Bidder will enter into a contract with the County and will file a Performance Bond as required. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract price for the faithful performance of the Contract. If the Bidder selects "Bid Guarantee" Option A, the Bidder may use this Bond as the Performance Bond. Mantua WWTP Clarifier Covers: $105,000 The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to stage, assemble, install, and ensure the proper performance of the launder cover system within the two clarifier tanks. The project is located at the Mantua Wastewater Treatment plant at 4500 Orchard Street, Mantua, Portage County, Ohio.
