Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to prep and paint nearly 30,000 square feet of exterior walls, fascia, soffit, doors, and trim including the repair or replacement of caulking at windows and doors as necessary, masonry block patching, and the application of a new primer coat of multiple buildings within the northwest district of Everglades National Park. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the National Park Service, however offerors that do not have an active valid vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFP due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
