Anoka County HRA Elevator Modernization. For the purposes of this proposal, the Countys authorized representative is Darren DeJoy, Elevator Technical Consulting, Inc., Darren@elevatortci.com; Michelle Peterson, Sr. Procurement Specialist must be copied on all questions submitted. Provide a complete turnkey modernization and upgrade of one hydraulic passenger elevator. This includes the replacement of the controller, power unit, door operator, all door equipment, cab lighting, all wiring, fixtures, cab work, and new flooring, to comply with prevailing code and the intent and scope of this specification. 1. Provide all equipment, material, and labor to required or specified to satisfactorily complete the modernization and comply with all applicable codes. 2. Remove and dispose of all material and equipment not retained. 3. Provide elevator maintenance as specified. This will be an addendum to the award documents and provided at the time of award or prior to the warranty maintenance starting.
