The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners (herein BOC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms who canprovide professional and/or consumer grade audio andvideodesign and implementation as well as related peripheralsand supplies. All equipment and supply purchases will be used for administrative or instructional purposes at theHillsborough County Complex -Board of Commissioners Conference Room, 329 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH. Thisbid encompasses all design, purchases, labor, and installation of purchased equipment, peripherals, and supplies on anas required per project basis. The awarded bidder will be required to work closely with designated County staff to administer an effective andefficient audio-visual system resulting in high overall customer satisfaction. The bidder must have the ability to provide the required services with the necessary professional qualifications for thesatisfactory performance of the scope of work. The bidder must show adequate relevant experience that demonstratesprofessional competence, working knowledge of all aspects within the scope of work as stated. The ability todemonstrate system design and configuration, qualifications of staff and installation standards shall be included withinthe proposers bid response.
