The scope of work includes removing existing diesel engine/alternator, automatic transfer switch, and appurtenances from interior and exterior of the Valley View Pump Station building. Furnish and install new diesel engine/alternator, automatic transfer switch, and appurtenances. All work is depicted in Contract Documents. Proposals shall be submitted only on the forms contained herein and shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in a form described and shall be received only from persons who obtain Bid Documents from the MVWA and are duly registered on the list of bidders. The MVWA reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any and all bids. The MVWA may reject any bid if in its judgment the resources, financial standing, or experience of the bidder justifies such rejection in view of the work to be performed. The Board reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents prior to the date set for opening the bids. The SDVOB Monthly Reporting Form is to be completed by the Contractor/Vendor, and submitted by the 10th day of each month for the duration of the Contract.
