The project consists of multiple gate component replacement to include but not limited to; motor drive replacement, removal and installation of subbase, excavation of subgrade, reinstallation of pedestal, and installation of spike strip. The construction/contract duration is anticipated to be 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction.
