Question Deadline 10/18/2023 at 3:00 PM MT Only Firms Pre-Qualified During Stage I of the Rfs Are Allowed to Bid on This Project If you need more information on this event, please contact: Rob Robinson rdrobinson@utah.gov The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: New Foothill Liquor Store Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control 1615 S. Foothill Dr. Salt Lake City, Utah 84108 The project consists of a new 2 story Liquor Store that is approximately 13,230 sq. ft. off of Foothill Drive. The site building pad, rough grading, and shotcrete shoring walls will be completed by the partnering development company Lamplighter. They are anticipating that the site will be ready for construction to start in August / September. We plan to get the long lead materials ordered as soon as possible and start construction a soon as the site is ready. DFCM is entering into a Multi-Step Bidding Process for Construction Services. A short-listing of Contractors will be based on the evaluation of proposals submitted and the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah.
