The City of Riverside Public Works Department and the Riverside Regional Water Quality Control Plant ("City" and "RWQCP") are seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide lease/rental of multiple pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) closed-circuit television (CCTV) mobile security camera units with thermal imaging to be placed around the perimeter of the RWQCP to increase security. The activities shall be monitored by the Company and the contracted lease/rental term is 12 months with the option to renew in month-to-month basis for the second 12 months. See exhibit "A" - Mobile Security Camera Units Specification for the expected performance of each component of the system. The City anticipates selecting one Company to perform the services.
