This utility improvement project will include a new pump station, force main, two (2) backflow preventers, two (2) water meter vaults, and all required line work as specified on the construction plans PSRC reserves the right to waive all informalities in bids, to accept any bid, or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in its best interest to do so and allowed by General Statute.
